WESTSHORE YACHT CLUB/E-DOCK REPLACEMENT – TAMPA, FL
KM2H was contracted for the permitting and full replacement of the E-Dock at the Westshore Yacht Club Marina, which sustained significant damage during Hurricane Idalia. The project scope included the removal of 15 damaged dock sections and the installation of 15 new floating concrete dock segments—comprising 6 finger piers, 9 main walkways, and a new T-end.
In total, 5,906 square feet of floating concrete docks were replaced with new concrete dock segments designed to enhance the marina’s resilience and usability.
All construction activities were carried out while maintaining safe work operations and keeping the marina open to the public. KM2H minimized disruption to marina operations and ensured full compliance with all environmental permitting requirements.
The project was successfully completed on time, reflecting KM2H’s dedication to safety, environmental stewardship, and delivering high-quality marine construction solutions.
